He was born on January 25, 1965 in Angola, Indiana.
Survivors include his mother, Gwen Firestone of Angola, Indiana, daughters, Bobbi Jo Avila and Natasha Firestone, both of Auburn, Indiana, grandchildren, Layna, Laiden, Ezaiah, Charleen, Braxton, Orianna and Connor, and an aunt and uncle, John and Joy Shaw of Hillsdale, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Firestone.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
