He was born on July 15, 1947 in Rochester, Indiana to the late William and Dolores (Karn) Doctor.
Mr. Doctor proudly served his Country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was a truck driver and retired from National Recreations Systems and loved working there with Steve Hagan.
He married Donna Bisping on March 24, 1978 in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
He loved people, he enjoyed meeting and talking with anyone he met.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Doctor of Hudson, Indiana.
Following his wishes there will be no services.
