Florence I. Cunningham

Florence Irene Cunningham, of Fremont died Wednesday evening at her residence. She was born on July 27,1922 in Tiffin, Ohio the daughter of George and Ludwina (Hoepf) Tiell. On October 5, 1946 she married James C. Cunningham in Tiffin, he preceded her in death on March 13, 2007. Florence was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, enjoyed gardening, sewing and was an avid quilter. She enjoyed the company of her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was known for her homemade noodles and rolls.

Surviving are her children: Jerome (Suann) Cunningham of Fremont, OH; Mary Ellen (Bernie) Bonosky of Woodville, OH; Janine Serwin of Fremont, OH; Susan (John) Burks of Tiffin, OH; Elizabeth (Fred) Hoffman of Fremont, OH; grandchildren: David, John, Beth Anne, Jacob, Zachary, Aaron, Gregory, Andrew, Nathan, and Rachel; great-grandchildren: Hayley, Ariana, Kayla, Evan, Ava, Aiden, Brien, Leia, Blake, Cooper, Wynnie and Nora: sister Emma Wasserman of Burgoon, OH; brother-in-law, Raymond Cunningham. She was preceded in death by her daughter Ruth Ann, parents, husband, sisters, Margaret Wasserman , Dolores Dewald and brother Paul Tiell.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 25, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8P.M. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, OH, with a Rosary service at 8:00P.M. A Mass of Resurrection will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Michael Zacharias officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
