

Angelica Monreal de Hernández, was born on July 7th, 1962 in Tototlán, Jalisco, Mexico and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 30th, 2022. She’s preceded in death by her parents, Felipa Zuñiga Jimenez and Pedro Monreal Garcia, and her brother; Heriberto. She leaves behind her husband; Alfredo Hernández, her children; Jesús Eloy, Ramón, Oriza, and Pedro Luis, her siblings; Juan, Arcelia, Antonio, Ramón, Lucio, Irma, Lilia, Gustavo, Maribel, and Arnoldo- all to cherish her memory. Angelica was characterized as a person who was always very cheerful, enthusiastic, optimistic, educated, gentle, hard working, and a devoted wife and mother. Additionally, she was a devout Catholic and was part of the St. Lucy’s choir for many years. Angelica spent many years as a fruit sorter with various companies around the Fowler area and enjoyed spending her free time tending to her plants and birds. She was also an avid crocheter and an amazing cook. She will be remembered by many for her friendly and welcoming personality. Her legacy will live on through the impact she had on her family, friends, and all of those who’s lives she touched.
A visitation for Angelica will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Calaveras Chapel, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
A rosary service will occur Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
A funeral service will occur Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Lucy's Catholic Church, 512 S. 5th St., Fowler, CA 93625.
Angélica Monreal de Hernández, nació el 7 de julio del 1962 en Tototlán, Jalisco, México y partió para estar con el Señor el martes 30 de agosto del 2022. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Felipa Zuñiga Jimenez y Pedro Monreal Garcia, y su hermano; Heriberto. Ella deja atrás a su esposo; Alfredo Hernández, sus hijos; Jesús Eloy, Ramón, Oriza y Pedro Luis, sus hermanos; Juan, Arcelia, Antonio, Ramón, Lucio, Irma, Lilia, Gustavo, Maribel y Arnoldo, todos para tenerla en su memoria. Angélica se caracterizó por siempre ser una persona muy alegre, entusiasta, optimista, culta, amable, trabajadora, y entregada esposa y madre. Además, era una católica devota y formó parte del coro de Santa Lucía durante muchos años. Angélica trabajo muchos años como clasificadora de frutas en varias empresas en el área de Fowler y disfrutaba pasar su tiempo libre cuidando sus plantas y pájaros. También era una hábil tejedora y cocinera increíble. Muchos la recordarán por su personalidad amable y acogedora. Su legado perdurará a través del impacto que tuvo en su familia, amigos y todas las vidas que tocó.
