Brian is survived by; daughter Brieana Poulter; mother Lucille Poulter and father Richard Poulter; brother Richard Poulter, Jr., brother Donald Poulter and brother Gary Poulter.
A Visitation will occur Friday, December 8, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 1525 East Saginaw, Fresno, CA. A Graveside Service for Brian will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 N. Cornelia Ave., Fresno, California 93706.
