Mr. Carlo John Rossi

Carlo John Rossi, 85 years old, joined our loving Father in Heaven on December 2, 2013. He was born in Carlazzo, Italy on July 15, 1928. He made the boat trip to America when he was three years old. His parents settled in Easton, Ca., where they established a dairy. He attended Washington Union High School. Carlo was a dairyman, a partner in Rossi Brothers Dairy. During this time he worked for Fresno Sales Company for 17 years. In 1989 Rossi Brothers sold the dairy and purchased grape vineyards in Madera, Ca. He enjoyed deep sea fishing in Mexico and spending time with his family. Carlo was a member of Biola Congregational Church, where he served as a trustee.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Faustina and Giovanni Rossi; sister, Augusta Young; son, Gregory Rossi; granddaughter, Tina D' Alessio; and grandson, Daniel Rossi.Carlo is survived by his wife of 42 years, Eldora Rossi; brother, John Rossi and his wife Jeanne; brother-in-law, Leslie P. Busick; daughter, Sharon Kiseloff and her husband Ken; son, Eric Rossi; stepson, Bob Hansen and his wife Shirley; stepdaughters, Priscilla Fullmer and her husband Reed; Elisa Ciapessoni and her husband Bruce; 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild;

and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

A Memorial Service will be held at Biola Congregational Church, 4717 N. 5th St., Biola, CA. 93606, on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at 11:00 a.m..
