Diane Lea Mitchell was born in Fresno, California on August 31, 1951 to Ivan and Helen Garton. She passed Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the age of 74 in Clovis, California surrounded by a room full of friends and family. “Goodbye may seem forever Farewell is like the end But in my heart's a memory And there you'll always be”
She is survived by her two daughters, Kathleen Beintker, Michelle Mitchell, and Alison-Tatyana Riley, who she raised as her own. As well as her eleven grandchildren, Trevor Beintker, Carson Beintker, Kadence Mitchell-Pasnick, Talon Simonson, Anthony Ronald James, Oliver William, Kayson Riley, Kylowe Jackie, Paxtyn-Grace SusieMae, Taytum Lucifer Jay and Kover Lilith Jayne.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721, on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 11:00 am.
