Domingo Apilado has taken his journey to be with our Lord on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at the age of 87. He was born on Oct. 17, 1926 to Proceso and Rosalia Apilado in San Esteban Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
He is survived by his wife, Fernanda, his children, Luci Azevedo, John Apilado, Paula Macagba and James Apilado; 10 grandchildren; 8 great Grandchildren; nieces and nephews; cousins; and many beloved friends.
He previously lived in Earlimart for many years and was a distinguished member of the San Esteban Circle in Terra Bella and Earlimart Philipino Community He was also a member of Aloha O'Hawaii of Fresno.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, August 18, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH), 929 Harvard Ave., Clovis on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Saint Peter’s Cemetery, 264 N. Blythe, Fresno.
