She was a member of the Biola VFW Auxiliary, Biola Church, and Raisin Wives.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Bitter.
She is survived by her daughters, Judy Robertson, Patty Lehman-Dykstra and Paula Ware; seven grandchildren; and four
great-grandchildren; and many more wonderful family members; and friends.
Visitation will be held at Stephens and Bean Chapel, on Thursday, June 13, 2013, from 3:00 p.m to 6:30 p.m.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Biola Church, on Friday June 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Biola Church, Evangel Home or Optimal Hospice Care.
