Eleanor June Phillips

She was a homemaker and of mother of six children. She raised all of them with an abundance of love. She always said, "We may not have much, but you always have my love".

She was the Shrine of Saint Therese PTA President, Altar and Rosary Society President and Cub Scout Leader.

She and Tom founded Phillips Custom Chopping which later became Phillips Silage Harvesting, Inc. She drove truck, harvesters and did all the accounting.

She ventured out as an entrepreneur; purchased, owned and operated two Honey Treat Yogurt Shoppes.

Her family would like to thank care providers, Marguerite Smith, M.D.; and the wonderful staff and Physician's in the Neuroscience Department at Stanford University Medical Center, CA.

She was preceded to heaven by her loving husband, Thomas W. Phillips, Sr.; and oldest son, Thomas W. Phillips, Jr.

Eleanor is survived by children, Mary Kaye, Patti, Tim, David, and Nancy; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at the Shrine of Saint Therese Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at 7:00 p.m.

A Memorial Mass will be held at the Shrine of Saint Therese Catholic Church on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., with inurnment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
