She worked as a sales clerk at Newberrys Store in Fresno for 60 years.
She is survived by her husband, William Welch; two brothers, Albert and Walter Boos; sister-in-law, Helen Boos; stepson, Lee Moore and his wife Barbara; stepson, James Welch and his wife Paula.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel, on Friday, January 7, 2011, from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel, on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 1:00 p.m., followed by interment at Mt. View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Palm Avenue Community Church or to Twilight Haven.
