Emily Moreno

Born on April 18, 1960, in Boca del Camichin, Nayarit Mexico. She grew up in Pericos Nayarit and later moved to Fresno California. She was a loving mother to her children, Alonso Cervantes, Elvia Lopez, Francisco Quinones, and Vanessa Gonzalez and a loving devoted grandmother to, Jose Cervantes, Melissa Cervantes, Juan Cervantes, Vanessa Cervantes, Kailey Lopez, Emma Lopez, Aleks Quinones, Allison Quinones, and Aaron Quinones.

Emily Moreno lived a fulfilling life and was a woman of many talents. She had a passion for cooking tamales, as this was her ultimate satisfaction. Emily loved to travel and enjoyed nature, the beach and camping. She enjoyed shopping, reading books and solving crossword puzzles as well as, serving in church activities and in her church callings. She loved to host and entertain for her loving family and friends.

Emily Moreno was a kind and generous soul, always putting others’ needs before her own. Family always came first. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her infectious smile, warm personality and her faith in the savior, Jesus Christ.

She will forever be missed and all those who knew her will miss her dearly.

Rest in peace, dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law and friend. You will forever be in our hearts, in our minds, in our prayers and in our memories.
