

Eulis Moss Sr. relocated the family to Fresno, California in 1956. Eulis Jr., who was fondly called Junior by his family and friends attended public school in Fresno, and graduated from Central Union High School in 1963. While in high school, he joined the ROTC and became passionate about serving in the
Air Force in which he served for over 20 years. Upon retiring from the Air Force, he joined the Army Corps of Engineers and served another 18 years. He was trained to be a medic while serving in the Vietnam war. Later, he became a dental technician; and then finished his service as a construction supervisor in the Army Corps of Engineers. While in the service he received several military honors.
Junior spent the majority of his time in the service in Japan, and he loved to travel. He was also an avid photographer and loved to paint, especially portraits and landscapes. He was known to be kind and very generous. He really loved his family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Moss, a brother and sister Stanley Moss and Sharon Moss, and his grandparents. Surviving him are his father, Eulis Moss Sr.,four sisters, Brenda Riddlesprigger, Therese Moss, Gayle LeBlanc and husband John LeBlanc, all from Fresno, California, and Martha Moss of Portland, Oregon, and his ex-wife, Jewel Moss, who was there by his side to the end. Several nephews and nieces, and a host of relatives, family and friends.
