Frank, lovingly known as Papa & Buddy, was born in Arkansas on January 12, 1941. He graduated from Dinuba High School in 1959. After high school, while trying to find his niche, he tinkered in different trades.
During this time, he met the love of his life, Michele Anne Semper. The day following his 21st birthday, his wish was granted, as he and Michele wed. Shortly after their matrimony, he enlisted in the Navy and served overseas. After returning from his service, he joined the electrical apprenticeship program with the local IBEW, and eventually became a journeyman electrician. In the late 70’s he began chasing his dreams of becoming a general and electrical contractor. He honed his skills building spec homes and eventually returned to the electrical trade. Many years later, he established his own commercial electrical contracting business, where he stayed busy until closing up shop for retirement. It was hard for Frank to relax in the slower pace of retirement life, so he continued for many years to keep himself busy with small remodels and projects for family & friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Michele.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Geraghty, his son Michael & wife, Alison, his son Joey & wife, Nicole, his grandchildren Brittany, Courtney, Tyler, Ryan, Madison and Makenzie and his great grandchildren Haidyn and Kynzlee.
Frank had a big heart and was well known for his friendly deliveries of fresh vegetables and fruits, a cocktail when the ”Bar was Open”, and a helping hand to friends & family when needed. Frank enjoyed his life to the fullest and his contagious grin will forever be missed.
A Graveside service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park at 11:00 am on January 6, 2023, followed by a celebration of life at Fig Garden Swim & Racquet Club, from 1-4pm.
