Frank Wandell Reed

Frank Wandell Reed was born August 27, 1936 in Gracemont, Oklahoma to Jim and Ada Reed. He passed away November 2, 2023 in Fresno, California at the family home, where he had the joy of raising his four daughters Cheri Robertson (Brock), Kim Weber, Robin Toste (Ron) and Gail Toste (Mike).

Left to cherish his memory alongside his daughters are two “sons” Larry Moles and Brooke Waller, 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and countless family and friends.

He is preceeded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Barbara. Who we know welcomed him with open arms, while playing At Last by Etta James. He missed her tremendously; some might say he passed from a broken heart.

To say Frank lived life to the fullest would be an understatement. He enjoyed doing so many things from dove hunting, annual turkey shoots, traveling, long lunches, watching football and western movies. But his favorite thing to do was to spend time with his family and friends on his patio deck making memories.

The family would like to thank his wonderful caregivers for all the care and love they provided him with. Which we know in true Frank fashion wasn’t always an easy task.

A graveside service will be held November 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM, Washington Colony Cemetery 7318 S. Elm Ave., Fresno, CA 93706
