Gloria D. Lucchesi

On April 23, 2010, Gloria Lucchesi's spirit left this world. She is deeply missed by her family. Gloria spent her life making others laugh and feel inspired by the joy emanating from her spirit.

Gloria Lucchesi was born in Fresno on November 13, 1957. She will be remembered by numerous friends and family. Anyone who crossed her path was instantly charmed by the light she radiated. If one asked Gloria what her most prized possession was, she would say her only daughter Anita. Her family loves her greatly and as they mourn the loss of their beloved Gloria they remember all the precious moments they had with her.

Gloria is preceded in death by her father, Lacapo Nello Lucchesi; her mother, Anita Lucchesi; and younger brother, Peter Lucchesi.

She is survived by her daughter, Anita Lucchesi; her siblings, Jo-Ann Soria, Linda Hofer and Jack Lucchesi. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held at Lisle Calaveras Chapel on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
