She was raised in church and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age. She attended Bible Seminary School and was involved in youth groups and other ministries in the church. She had a beautiful voice and loved singing at church with her family and friends.
Gloria was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for the family gatherings, holidays, and family birthday celebrations. One of her famous desserts was the pistachio Jell-O pudding. She also made the best chicken mole & rice along with many other delicious foods and desserts.
Gloria was a very loving, caring and humbled person that was loved by many. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She will be missed dearly but will never be forgotten. Her memories will live in our hearts forever and as believers in Christ, we know that one day we will see her again.
Gloria is preceded in death by her parents Raul & Juanita Martinez, survived by her siblings; Raul Martinez Jr. and his wife Margarita, her sister Belia Martinez-Lopez and her husband Ray, her brother Alonzo Martinez and his wife Diane, her sister Mary Marshall and her husband John, her sister Lidia Rodriguez and her brother Margarito Martinez.
She is also survived by 24 nephews and nieces, 26 grandnephews and nieces, and 6 great-grand nephews and nieces and also uncles, aunts and numerous cousins.
