Hazel Mae Kearney

Hazel attended Fresno Technical High School. Hazel spent her adult life as a loving wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed painting and was a fine artist. She enjoyed frequent walks around her home and picking her roses. Nothing made her happier than sitting around an outdoor barbeque with family and friends, singing songs from the 40's and 50's.

A very special acknowledgment to granddaughter, Brooke Adams, for the love and caregiving of her grandmother over the past five years. The family would also like to give a very special thank you to Mary Gonzales, Phaige Deshaw, Enedelia Ulibarri and Sheila Pequens for their tireless love and care to Hazel during the last few months of her life.

Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, Linnie and Charlie Ashlock; brother, Robert Ashlock; and sister, Maxine Davis.

Hazel is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Victor T. Kearney; her son and daughter-in-law, Victor and Janet Kearney; daughter, Kimberly Ann Kearney-Piland; granddaughter, Michelle Weber and husband, Scott; granddaughter, Brooke Adams and husband, Allen; granddaughter, Lauren Piland; grandson, Christopher Piland; and two great-grandchildren, Michael and Matty Weber.
