She graduated from Washington Union High School and then worked with her Uncle at Tacchino's Pastry. She married John Pascucci in January 1947, and enjoyed over 40 years of marriage. She worked for 25 years in the Fresno City Schools as a cafeteria cook.
Jennie was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Church, and a member of the altar society. She also volunteered at the Nazareth House. Jennie's greatest joys in life were her family and friends, cooking, singing and dancing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her brothers, Sy and Joe Tacchino; and her lifelong friend, Alice Cocciola.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Foltz and son-in-law Steve, Carolyn Koop and son-in-law, Stu; her granddaughter, Erin Wilder; grandson, Zachary Wilder; and great-granddaughter Layla Wilder.
