Jerry was retired from his position of District Manager for the California Department of Real Estate. He loved golf and the Friday Morning Men's Bible Study Breakfast he attended for 23 years. He also, enjoyed backpacking and woodworking.
A member of Valley Christian Center for 23 years, Jerry loved the Lord and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruby Fiscus; his brother Wayne; and his great-granddaughter Taylor.
Jerry is survived by his wife Brenda; two sons Duane Fiscus and Rick Rutherford; his daughter Yvette Shoemaker; 11 grand- children; and four great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at Clovis District Cemetery, on Thursday, June 2, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service at Valley Christian Center at 12:00 p.m.
