Jerry James Jackson

He graduated from Fresno State College with a B.A. degree, Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA with a Traffic and Transportation degree, and also attended Chabot College in Hayward, CA where he majored in Computer Programming. He was a member of the Delta Nu Alpha fraternity and the Jaycees organization.

Jerry owned his own transportation logistics firm and enjoyed golf, bowling, and gardening in his free time.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Charito Jackson, his son, Stanley Jackson, and Stanley's wife and Daughter, Rachel and Bonnie Jackson.

A visitation for Jerry will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, California 93720. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, California 93720. A committal service will occur Friday, September 30, 2022 at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, California 93706.
