Joanne was born in Fresno, CA on August 23, 1953 and passed away on December 18, 2011 at the age of 58. She was a credentialed K-12 teacher for 35 years. She taught at Fresno Unified, West Fresno, and Washington Unified School Districts.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Barrett
A Funeral Service was held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 11:00 am. Interment was at Belmont Memorial Park.
