It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Josefina Caro Solano, who went home to be with the Lord on November 23, 2025, at the age of 80, surrounded by her loving family.
Josefina was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness, strength, and quiet faith touched everyone she met. Having bravely battled cancer twice, she faced life’s challenges with grace, courage, and unwavering determination. Her generosity, warmth, and love for family defined her life and will forever be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel; her children, Danny Jose (DJ) and Jeffrey; her daughter-in-law, Marife, and her grandchildren, Sophie and Noah. She is also lovingly remembered by many relatives and close friends.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the hospice team whose compassion provided comfort and dignity during Josefina’s final days.
We take comfort in knowing that Josefina now rests peacefully in the loving arms of our Lord.
A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on December 20, 2025, at 10:30 am at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, located at 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.
A Celebration of Life will follow at the same venue on December 20, 2025, at 11:00 am.
