

Kathleen grew up in a Fresno home on North Harrison Avenue, raised by her loving parents, Carl John Warren and Bessie Warren. She attended California State University Fresno and later University of California San Francisco where she earned her PharmD degree. She then dedicated 40 years of her life to her career as a pharmacist, a testament to her diligent work ethic. Kathleen met her husband in Los Angeles while working for Thrifty Drug Store, marking the beginning of a cherished family life.
Her personal interests included cake baking and decorating, a love for animals, and collecting antiques. Kathleen found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as relaxing with a view of the coastline, listening to Rock & Roll, and enjoying the color pink. She had a wonderful sense of humor, as any funny joke could make her laugh.
Kathleen is survived by her son, Michael Keenly and spouse Wendy Lee, and her daughters, Karen Anderson and spouse Charles Anderson and Lisa Keenly and spouse Shawn Britton. She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren, Zac Anderson, Hannah Anderson, Aidan Anderson, Ryan Britton, Owen Britton, and Jacob Britton. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Warren Jr.
Kathleen wished to be remembered as a good mother and a hard worker, a legacy she undoubtedly achieved.
A funeral service will be held at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, located at 2219 N Orchard St, Fresno, California, 93703, on October 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm. The committal service will follow at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Avenue, Fresno, California 93706.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to UCSF or the Humane Society, reflecting Kathleen's charitable spirit and love for animals.
