

Lela Gail Ridenour passed away at the age of 79 surrounded by her beloved family.
We hope the gates of heaven are filled with purple flowers to welcome the most generous, loyal, selfless woman to have walked this earth.
Lela attended Lafayette, Hamilton and Fresno High School.
Lela worked as a Supervisor and Senior legal processor for the Fresno County Clerk's office for over 20 years. Her pass times were selling Tupperware, playing the cello in high school and was a Chapter member of the Women's Loyal order of the Moose Lodge. She wore her heart on her sleeve which earned her the nickname "mother theresa" to all.
Lela was very involved with all her grandchildren's activities and sporting events.
Lela was proceeded in death by her parents Ed and Evelyn Jester, her husband, Elmer Vernon “Skeets” Ridenour, and her brother-in-law Russell Pulliam.
Lela is survived by her two daughters that she cherished dearly, Vicki May, her significant other (Ken) , Diane Weist and her husband (Robert), her sister and best friend Edwina Pulliam.
3 step children, Lissa Gates & husband (Don), Richard Ridenour & wife (Becky), Jeffery Ridenour & wife (Charlotte).
5 grandchildren, Jennifer Witham, Seth Witham & wife (Candice), Shauna Fleming & husband ( Curtis), Sara Picasso & husband( David) & Emily Almeida & husband (Murilo).
7 step grandchildren, Dawn Ann, Brandon, Tabitha, Samantha, Ricky, Michael, Jeffery Jr., Nickolas, and their spouses.
5 great-grandchildren, Enzo, Luca, David Jr. (“Bubs”), Jax, and Lane.
13 Step great-grandchildren Riley, Madison, Kaydin, Deegan, Jax, Zaylan, Cassie, Hunter, Liam, Abigail, Mackayla, Raelin, & Ryan.
Lela( “Dante”) leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews who she loved and treated as her own, Shannon Pulliam, wife( Meredith), their children Champney, Cole, & Courtlin, Tiffany Lawley, husband (Craig), their children Rushael, fiance '(Sal), their children Rylee & Gino., daughters Giana, & Avery. Amber Hauschel, spouse (Rick), their children Hunter & Haylee, and Erin Le Bel, her husband (Colin) their children Mckenzie, fiance' (Brad), their son Maddox. Her daughter Taytum & son Parker.
Lela also leaves behind numerous friends and extended family.
We would like to thank everyone who helped take care of our precious mother during her last weeks.
Rest easy "Purple Lady Lela".
