Lucia F Harikian

She worked for many years in the library at Fresno City College; where her co-workers became life long friends. Lucia was always ready to listen to problems and give good advice. No matter the situation she always said "It could always be worse."

Lucia enjoyed her world travels to Asia, Europe and South America. She always had dinner on the table, often including the best rice pilaf, macaroni salad and pineapple upside down cake. She enjoyed a Diet Coke everyday.

She was preceded in death by her husband Victor.

Lucia was survived by her sons, Dan and Joe and his wife Carmenza; her granddaughter, Raquel; sister, Margaret; nephew Neal and his wife Odila; niece, Sherrill and husband Walter; many loving friends and a large extended family including the Rios-Gomez family in Pereira, Colombia. She is also survived by her beloved feline companion, Hoppy.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Masis Ararat Cemetery.
