Lucia Sandoval passed away on September 20, 2013 at age 83. She was born in Cartago, Ca. to Daniel and Teresa Adame. A graduate of Clovis High School. She married Joe Rivas Sandoval in 1953. She was mother to Jessica Korsinen and husband Steven of Fresno and Daniel Sandoval of El Cajon. She was an accountant.
She had a beautiful, giving heart. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Orchard Park Memory Care in Clovis and St. Agnes Hospice.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Thomas, Joe, and Sam.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Joe; her two children; sisters, Mandy Adame, Teresa Vera, Erlinda Adame-Norton; brothers, Fred and Daniel all of Fresno and Manuel of Folsom.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Cahtolic Church on Friday, September 27, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at St.Peter's Cemetery.
