Mark Andrew Mitchell was born on December 7, 1959 in Fresno, CA and passed away on May 6, 2018 in Tsalka, Kvemo Kartli, Georgia at the age of 58.
Mark was a Foreign service officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development.
He is survived by his parents: Russell and Betsy Mitchell of Fresno, CA: husband Paulo Mendonca of Brazil and his sister Melisa Mitchell of San Jose, CA, along with numerous extended family members.
Private family gatherings will be held in Portland, Ore., and Fresno at a later date.
