Mary was an LVN at St. Agnes Medical Center for 25 years. She raised 6 children and was very involved with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary’s life was characterized by her faith in God. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where she was heavily involved in multiple ministries. She was also a member of the Italian Catholic Federation as well as the Filiae Lumena Ministry. She loved shopping, but her passion was spending time with her family and friends. Mary touched the lives of so many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends
Mary is survived by her children: Joseph and his wife Daena, Brian, daughter-in-law Denise, Anthony and his wife Julie, Lori and her husband Charles Ray, and John and his wife Karen, all in the surrounding Fresno area. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives and friends. She is survived by her siblings Frances Smith, Annie Main, Pamela Perry, and Rocky Perry. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Forestiere, and son Steven Forestiere.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, located at 355 E Champlain Dr, Fresno, CA, 93730, followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 10:00 am, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, followed by a Committal Graveside Service at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA, 93706.
