He was born (Vitaliy Pavlovytch Meleshuk) on July 12, 2000 in the village of Mykhailivka, Kazankiv, located in the Mykolayiv Region of Ukraine. He was adopted into the Camacho Family on June 20, 2008 in Ochakiv, Ukraine.
Mason started his life in the USA as Russian speaking, 2nd grader. He attended Maple Creek Elementary where he quickly became everyone’s friend. He accepted Christ and was baptized at New Covenant Community Church in the 5th grade. He was known to share his faith with teammates, classmates and friends. He invited anyone who would listen to come to church youth group. Mason attended Kastner Intermediate, Clovis West High School and completed his high school education at Anchor Academy in Vanduser, Missouri in 2019.
He loved family trips to Pismo Beach, playing soccer, building and creating with Legos, listening to music and playing Xbox. His personality was larger than life. Mason was very charming, charismatic and he never met a stranger.
Mason is preceded in death by his great grandparents and grandfather, Dennis (Pop) Reynolds.
Mason is survived by his parents, Deanna and Anthony, sisters Lexi, Makenna and Riley, brother Sasha, grandmother (Mammy), paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mason’s Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at New Covenant Community Church, 1744 E Nees Ave, Fresno, CA 93720 with a reception to follow.
