Norma was born on August 6, 1927 to Ernest and Genevieve Smiley in Fortworth, Texas. She passed away September 29, 2011 in Fresno at the age of 84. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, James Bishop, children, Dave Bishop and wife Gini, Gerald Bishop and wife Jeanette, Cheryl Robinson and husband Bill all of Fresno, Norm Bishop and his wife Susi of Clovis, brother, Ed Smiley and his wife Jackie, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held at Lisle Funeral Home, Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
Graveside service Fresno Memorial Gardens, Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11:00 am.
