Paul Cisneros Garcia passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on March 22, 1942, in Fresno, California.

He is survived by his spouse, Lupe Garcia, and his daughter, Debbie Garcia. Paul was predeceased by his son, Robert Anthony Garcia. His granddaughter, Desiree Gonzalez, and grandson, Henry Gonzalez, survive him. His great-grandchildren, Alana Gonzalez, Aleah Gonzalez, Brooklyn Torres, Henry Gonzalez Jr., and Matteo Gonzalez, also survive him. Mr. Paul also leaves numerous other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 16, 2026, at 11:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel Fresno, located at 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:00 pm at Fresno Memorial Gardens, located at 175 South Cornelia Avenue, Fresno, CA 93706.
