Pauline Gragnani Beene, a compassionate and generous soul, passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on August 10, 1934, in Okemah, Oklahoma, Pauline became a resident of Tranquillity at the age of 13, where she established deep roots and lasting friendships.
Pauline dedicated over 20 years of her life to serving as the principal secretary at Tranquillity High School, where her commitment and kindness left a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Louie Pete Gragnani, and her second husband, Hubert Beene. Her family includes her daughter, Cheri Bishop (Robert), and her son, Michael Gragnani (Sandy). Pauline was also a beloved grandmother to Kimberly Couto (Craig), Gabriele Carder (Andrew) and a cherished great-grandmother to Daryane Couto and Dalton Couto.

In her personal life, Pauline had a passion for collecting roosters, a hobby that brought her joy and connected her with fellow enthusiasts.
