Randy was born in Palo Alto, CA and grew up in Firebaugh. Randy worked as an officer with the Madera County Department of Corrections and the Madera County Sheriff's Dept.
He is Survived by his daughter Randell Lucas, his sister Pam Ward, and brother Rick Lucas. Also his nephews, Eddie Ward, Rance Lucas, Rick Lucas and his niece, Nan Shanahan.
Predeceased in death by his parents, Lorraine Lucas and "Sook" Orlando Lucas. Along with his nephews Roe John Lucas, Rod Lucas and Christopher Ward.
