Raymond was always a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, mentor, and teacher. A dedicated hard worker and man of all trades. He was a member of the Operative Plasters’ and Cement Masons’ Association local union 188 for 20 years. He was also a business owner of Jordan Overhead Doors for 25 years. Some of his finest work can be seen at The Palace of Fine Arts and Museum in San Francisco, as well as the local Crest Theater in Fresno. He donated to many charities along with contributing trade work on the construction of the Discovery Center.
Raymond loved traveling the world with his beloved wife by his side. His life was always filled with so much love, laughter, and family. Raymond’s cooking and barbequing were to die for. His love of family adventures included time on his houseboat at Pine Flat Marina and teaching all the kids how to water ski. Many more memories were also made teaching his children to snow ski as well as play golf and tennis. To be loved by him is such a gift and he will be greatly missed by many.
