He is preceded in death by his wife Ophelia.
He is survived by his children Carmen Perez, Beatrice Rivas, Frank and Michael Perez, granddaughters Angelique and Selena Perez.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at Lisle Funeral Home at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. John's Catholic Church on Monday, September 20, 1010 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens
