Pat was in the second graduating class at Our Lady Victory School. She and Amos were married at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in 1961. She was dedicated in service to the parish and to the school for decades, especially well known for her booth at the Our Lady of Victory School Carnival and as a member of the Holy Rosary Orphan Society.
Pat was a graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School, class of 1960. She strongly believed in the value of Catholic education and maintained loyal support of San Joaquin Memorial throughout her life. Pat was a talented musician and played the Alto Sax in the San Joaquin Memorial Marching Band. She and Amos were Band and Football Boosters and she loved watching her children and grandchildren "play ball" every chance she got.
Pat was one of the founding members of the Pro-Life movement in the Central Valley. For decades, she was involved in the Right to Life of Central California, a non-profit agency promoting the sanctity of human life, a belief she held deep within her heart.
Pat worked for nearly 30 years as a tax accountant at DeMera DeMera Cameron. "P.Q." as she was known, was a joy to her colleagues and clients alike.
Pat was an avid reader of mysteries and crime novels, was fanatic about her San Francisco Giants, and loved music, most especially 1940's swing and big band. While we will be missing her dearly, she will be tapping her toes to the beat as she guides us all from Heaven.
Pat is preceded in death by her father, Frank Del Real, Jr.
Pat is survived by Amos, her husband of 54 years; her children and their spouses, Maria and David Collins, John and Eileen Quinto, Stacy and Patrick Speir, Sara and Bryan McCraw, Ruth and Frank Hambalek, and Rachel Quinto; her mother, Lucy Del Real; her brothers, Gabriel and Frank III; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Pat is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, to whom she was completely devoted, Katie, Maggie, Blaine, John David, Rebecca, Madison, Jacob, Hannah, Matthew, Robert, Neal, Audrey, Megan, Lydia, Tyler, Nicolas and Torin.
