

Ron lived a full life dedicated to Christ, his family, his friends and his profession in that order. Ron was a compassionate man with a huge heart for people. He had a gift of making friends wherever he went and if you were lucky enough to be in his circle, you knew you had a friend for life.
He was born in Arizona and had fond memories of those younger years. It was there that he said he started his sales career selling produce out of a wagon when he was a boy. He moved to Fresno and had a paper route that he would get up very early to deliver papers each day. Even to this day he could tell you where he would deliver papers and still remember that route. He loved sports from a young age and played baseball and football. He was an avid Giants and 49er fan. He entered the U.S. Air Force in 1955 and served 4 years as an Aero med specialist. He was fortunate enough to be able to go with the Honor Flight to Washington DC. Ron was extremely proud of serving his country.
Ron married the love of his life, Karen, on August 11, 1958, and they were married for 67 years. They enjoyed family times together spent motorcycle riding, camping, and water skiing. He loved supporting his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in their interests whether it be sports, dance, school accomplishments, or cheerleading. Ron was their number 1 fan!!!
Ron was an accomplished salesman and worked mainly in the meat business for the first part of his career. He worked for Circle C Meat, Wilson Meat Company, Bernard and Sons and then opened his own company, Clark Meat Company. He began his real estate career in the late 80s. Ron was broker and eventual partner with RMS Realty from 1987 until 1999. In 1999 he joined Realty Concepts and was a broker until he retired in 2024.
Ron is survived by his sister, Patty Houston, his daughter, Paige Solberg and her spouse Eric, son, Joe Clark, granddaughters, Erica Foster and her spouse Micah, Kelly Karraker and her spouse Mitch, grandsons, Ryan Clark and his spouse MacKenzie, Bobby Clark and his spouse Bryce, and seven great grandchildren, Josiah, Brynn, Eli, Ella, Nora, Sophie and Weston. Ron was preceded in death by his loving wife Karen and his parents Stanley and Ethel Clark.
