Ron passed away at home on Thursday, September 8, 2011. He was born in Fresno on November 8, 1950 to Leo and Florence Rostykus. He graduated from Roosevelt High School where he met many life long friends, and later graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Criminology. He found his true calling in farming.
Ron had a fun and vibrant personality. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He considered the best part of his life raising his two daughters, Amanda and Lauren. Being a dad brought him great joy.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents Leo and Florence Rostykus and sister Kathy Bradbury.
Ron is survived by his loving wife Judy Rostykus, his beloved daughters Amanda and Lauren, his sister Joyce Hinojosa and her husband Jess, his sister Norma Hawkyard, and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
