Mrs. RoseMarie Schmall

RoseMarie Schmall passed away peacefully on May 24, 2017 after a brief but significant battle with cancer. RoseMarie was surrounded by her three boys as she left us to be with God and her husband Elmer.

RoseMarie was born to Leonard and Rose DePrima in Fresno, CA on March 23, 1930 and was the eldest of two children. RoseMarie resided in Fresno her entire life and attended Edison High School and Fresno City College.

RoseMarie worked in an office setting as a supervisor for Pacific Bell for over 20 yrs prior to retiring to stay home and raise her young family.

RoseMarie loved social gatherings and focusing on supporting her three sons as they grew up and engaged in countless sporting activities. She loved her family and was a devoted daughter, mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all.

RoseMarie is survived by her three sons and wives; Greg, Tess, Rod, Cecile, Barry, Kimberley; her four grandchildren; her seven great-grandchildren; her sister Marlene DePrima; and her in-laws Pete, Harry, Kathy, Joanne Schmall, and Irene Afferino.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
