She is preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband Perfecto Ruiz Beltran Sr., daughters Katherine Beltran and Tammy Beltran, her parents Hilbert Garcia Sr. and Enriqueta Garcia and her brother Hilbert Garcia Jr.
She is survived by her children, son Perfecto Ruiz Beltran Jr and wife Delores Beltran, daughter Sonya Reyes, daughter Tracie Beltran and husband Gilbert Menchaca, daughter Regina Beltran, grandson Armando Tommy Peraza Sr. and grandson Reymundo Peraza and wife Brandie Peraza, her sister Ramona Soriano and brother Phillip Greg Garcia. Rosie also is survived by18 grandchildren 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Lisle Funeral Home, followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m. Mass service at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 30,2017 at St. Mary's Queen of the Apostles. Interment to follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
