Tony Equarte Jr., "Perfect Tone", Tony, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away peacefully with family at his side Wednesday, June 8, 2016. Tony is remembered as a caring, joyful and positive person who had a passion for motorcycle racing, music and gambling at Table Top.
He was preceded in death by his father Tony Equiarte and mother Willa Mae Jackson.
Tony is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Equarte: His son Jason and his wife Leila: His daughter Nicole; His daughter Lynnette; 3 grandchildren Presley, Saxton and Trajan:

Ronald, Steven and Edward Equarte.
Tony was a long time parishioner of St. Mark Methodist church. We would like to thank family and friends for all the love and support during this difficult time.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 4 to 7pm.
A service will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, June 17th, 2016 at 10am followed by a burial at Belmont Memorial Park.
