Billy Karyl Glasscock passed from this life on March 28, 2016. He was born January 27, 1938 in Henderson, Texas to Aubrey E and Billie Glasscock. He attended Henderson High School and graduated from LSU. Billy served in the U.S. Army as a missile instructor during the Berlin Wall Crisis. He worked for IBM, then was a self-employed / owner of Customer Services, Inc. in Shreveport, LA, until his retirement.
Billy was preceded in death by both of his parents and a brother, Kent Glasscock.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Terry Broome Glasscock; sons, Chet M. Glasscock, of Burnet, TX, Coy Glasscock, of Ft. Worth, TX, daughter, Kerrie Glasscock Longoria of Nevada, TX; and his 4 grandchildren, Kortney Longoria, Kalie Longoria Pearce, Mason Glasscock and Connor Glasscock and one nephew and one niece.
His great sense of humor and his ability to make everything right will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
