Born and raised in Hagatna, Guam to Jose Flores Mesa and Rosa Cruz Santos. Candelaria a Retired Government of Guam School Teacher was married to Gonzalo Blas Ochai. Known to Family and friends as “Candy” and was called home by our Heavenly Father on April 06, 2016. Candy had three daughters + Vicenta Jean Ignacio, Cheryle Ochai (Joseph Terlaje) and Sally Ochai and her reared son Pure Napu Torres. Candy also leaves behind her grandchildren and great grandchildren Candilyn M. Terlaje (Caitlyn Jade, Caleb John, Jace Celene), Jacquelene Terlaje & Nate Jacobs (Jaiyana, Nevaeh, Jensen ), Joseph Jude Terlaje & Carla Laguana, Charlyn Jessica Terlaje and Mark Alegarbes, Jr.
Public Viewing will be held at Stonebriar Funeral Home on April 11, 2016 from 5pm-7pm with rosary to follow
