Cynthia “Cici” Bellson passed away surrounded by the love of the family she cherished so deeply. Known for her vibrant spirit and unforgettable personality, Cici lived life in her own wonderfully eccentric way, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and a proud lover of the city of Chicago, Cici carried her passions boldly and joyfully. Whether cheering on her team or sharing stories filled with humor and heart, she brought energy and authenticity into every room.
Cici was adventurous and fearless, traveling the world and never hesitating to set out on her own. She embraced life fully, finding beauty in new places, new people, and new experiences. She also had a passion for tennis and was an enthusiastic admirer of Roger Federer, rarely missing a chance to watch him play.
She had a deep love for music and dancing—music truly moved her spirit, and she wasn’t afraid to show it. Whether it was a quiet moment or a lively room, Cici could often be found dancing, fully present and filled with joy.
A strong and devoted mother, Cici raised her son, Michael, on her own, instilling in him the same resilience and love that defined her life. Her greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her son Michael, his wife Krystle, and her two beloved grandsons, Ian (20) and Owen (18), who brought her endless joy.
Cici will be remembered for her strength, her humor, her individuality, and the deep love she had for her family. Her spirit will live on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the lives she touched so deeply.
