I have known Bill since college. Tess and I want to express our sorrow upon learning of Cindy's death. We offer our support and comfort. 

Dear Bill and Family,
Cindy was like a "shining star".  She had a smile and laugh that could light up a room.  I remember hearing of her shopping adventures with Loretta, JoAnn and Patty when she and Bill would visit N.B.  They always had such fun and the addition of grandbabies made the shopping more exciting. Her loss will be felt by all of us.  I pray that God will give you peace and strength at this difficult time.  May you know that Cindy is resting in the loving arms of Jesus.  God Bless All of You!  bk

My most sincere condolences to Bill and family for the loss of your wife and mother.  I'll be thinking of you and hope that your wonderful memories and the passage of time will sustain you.  From 1st grade to now,  Billy Wagner, so proud of your achievements and so sorry for your loss.     

I’ve always known Cynthia as “Mrs Wagner: the Super Mom”. To me, she was the epitome of the perfect mom: kind, funny, sharp, welcoming, understanding, logical, and guided by her love for her children.  

Walking into the Wagner’s house was like entering a new universe of what a parent’s love for their children could create. The attention to detail and devotion to her children that Mrs. Wagner exuded with each word she spoke, each hug she gave, each smile she made, and each cookie she baked for them was something I am constantly reminded of many years later as I try to immolate her. 

In all sincerity, her actions have been the bar I have set to strive for as a parent. From her concern and attention to any sadness, her warmth and enthusiasm for any happiness, to the finer details of a red ribbon necklace made from a delicate sliver of a fruit roll up to top off a teddy bear sugar cookie, her love - all these years later - has spread through my household and will define my children’s definition of love as well.

May she Rest In Peace and may her beautiful family take comfort in the profound impact she made on so many lives - I will forever be grateful for her showing me the way to love your children.

We are classmates of Bill Wagner who was president of our class of 1958 in New Braunfels high school. We met Cindy many years ago and only saw her and Bill when in New Braunfels, Texas as we live in Mississippi.   Cindy was always a lovely person and I got to know her at these occasions.  She was  a wonderful wife to Bill and great mother to their adult  children and grand children.  She adored those grandchildren.   Ron and Bill have been friends for many years and talk on the phone often.  We knew Cindy had not been well.  We contacted Bill  to express our condolences on learning of Cindy's death.  We know Bill love Cindy very much and we wanted to offer our support to him and their adult children and grandchildren at this difficult time. We offer our prayers to Bill and the family and pray that God will be with them in the coming days.  With deepest sympathy to all the family.
