

Keith lived most of his life in Idabel, Oklahoma, where he proudly raised his family. Keith dedicated 36 years to Weyerhaeuser Company, concluding his career as Senior Vice President of Wood Products.
Above all else, Keith was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He shared 45 years of marriage with his wife, Tracy O’Rear, whose partnership and love were the foundation of his life. He was a proud father to his daughter, Lindsay Davis, and her husband, Thomas, and to his son, Jason O’Rear, and his future daughter-in-law, Marlene Yusko. One of his greatest joys was becoming “Pop” to his granddaughter, Evelyn “Evie” Davis, who brought immeasurable light to his life.
Keith enjoyed spending time with family, traveling to new places, playing a round of golf, and attending sporting events of all kinds, especially Oklahoma Sooner football.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth O’Rear and Patricia Kraft-O’Rear; his grandparents, Lloyd and Margaret O’Rear; and his mother-in-law, Carol Crew.
Keith is survived by his loving wife, Tracy; his daughter and son-in-law, Lindsay and Thomas Davis; his granddaughter, Evelyn “Evie” Davis; his son and future daughter-in-law, Jason O’Rear and Marlene Yusko; his sisters, Kim O’Rear and Kelly Shipp; his father-in-law, Jerry Crew; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Crew and wife Kim, and Matt Crew and wife Kristen; close cousins Kent ORear and wife Cassie and Kasey Phillips, as well as a number of special nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on February 28, 2026, at Stonebriar Funeral Home, 10375 Preston Rd, Frisco, Texas 75033.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Keith’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Keith was loved, and he will be deeply missed and remembered by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
