Norma Mireya Hernandez

Mireya Escobedo Hernandez, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on March 16, 1956, in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Guadalupe Escobedo and Luis Escobedo.

Her love was felt most deeply at home, especially around the table she filled with the warmth of her cooking. She had a special gift for bringing family together, creating moments of connection, laughter, and comfort through the meals she prepared. She also loved decorating for the holidays, filling her home with beauty and joy and making every celebration feel memorable and full of love. Among life’s simple pleasures, she found peace in caring for her plants, nurturing them with the same tenderness she gave to those around her. These are memories that will live on forever.

She is survived by her loving husband, Luis; her children, Alan, Sibyl, Irving, and Ritter; and her cherished grandchildren; Stellen, Olivier, Liam, and Samantha.

Mireya will be remembered for her warmth, her loving spirit, and the way she made her family feel cared for and together. Her memory will live on in the traditions she created ,the love she gave so freely, and the family she held so close to her heart.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Stonebriar Funeral Home, 10375 Preston Rd., Frisco, Texas 75033, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, beginning at 4:00 pm.
