

Richard R. (Dick) Morgan was born on July 3, 1927 in Red Oak, Oklahoma to Ray and Ethel Morgan. He is a graduate of Seminole High School in 1945. He is a US Navy Veteran of World War II and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in 1950.
Dick married Jacqueline (Jackie) Lugar in 1952 and spent a business career of 42 years with Cities Service Oil Company and Champlin Petroleum Company.
He is preceded in death by his wife Jackie, his parents and a twin brother, Dr. Robert Morgan of Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Dick is survived by his two sons; Craig Morgan and (Gina) of Plano, TX; Kurt Morgan and (Lisa) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two sister-in laws, Joy Lugar of Enid, Oklahoma and Jean Morgan of Blackwell, Oklahoma along with 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a member of Prestoncrest Church of Christ for over 30 years.
A celebration of life funeral service for Dick will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 @ 1:00 PM at Stonebriar Funeral Home, 10375 Preston Road, Frisco, TX 75033. A graveside service will occur Saturday, January 8 @ 12:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 1607 Swan Drive, Bartlesville, OK 74006.
