Eileen Patricia O’Toole, beloved wife of Kenneth O’Toole, died quietly on October 7, 2011 after many months of struggling with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), at Lynn Care Center. She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Stephen Hargreaves, of Nags Head, NC, Maureen Kuhn and Kevin Hargreaves of Front Royal, two stepdaughters, Linda Givens, Chesapeake, VA & Sharon Kirk, Ashburn, VA, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was a very active member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the American Legion, Giles B. Cook Post #53. Trish was also a breast cancer survivor. Celebration of Life to be held at the American Legion, Front Royal at 12 noon on Tuesday, October 11, 2011.
